The French Café is a partnership between husband and wife team Creghan Molloy-Wright, Manager, and Simon Wright, Executive Chef. They are assisted by Simon Benoit and Pierre Guillot, Restaurant Managers, Hiro Kawahara, Sommelier and Gideon Landman, Head Chef.
