The French Café is a partnership between husband and wife team Creghan Molloy-Wright, Manager, and Simon Wright, Executive Chef. They are assisted by Michelle Moore and Simon Benoit, Restaurant Managers, Stephanie Guth, Sommelier and Gideon Landman, Head Chef.
