Hosted by acclaimed winemaker Paul Pujol of Prophet's Rock, this intimate dinner brings together exceptional wines from Bendigo, Central Otago, and a menu inspired by the arrival of the season's finest New Zealand truffles. Sourced from multiple truffle-growing regions across the country, these rare culinary treasures will feature throughout the evening in a series of dishes designed to showcase their remarkable depth, aroma and complexity.
Paul has personally curated a selection of Prophet's Rock wines to accompany each course, including top-tier releases, rare cellar selections, wines yet to be released, and bottles never before poured at a wine dinner.
The evening begins with snacks and Riesling on arrival, followed by a four-course truffle menu paired with exceptional wines from the Prophet's Rock portfolio.
