       The French Café x Inati, A North–South FeastChef Sid is set to join forces with Simon Levy, chef and owner of Inati, one of Christchurch’s top dining destinations, for a collaborative menu that bridges the North and South Islands in a feast of shared creativity. This is chef Simon’s first ever Auckland collab, a perfect way to experience a taste of Inati right here in Tamaki Makaurau alongside chef Sid, and with Inati taking out 2 hats and a score of 18/20 in the recent Cuisine Good Food Awards, one not to miss! Guests will enjoy 4 snacks followed by 4 courses ($195pp), with 2 snacks and 2 dishes from each chef, making this a genuine meeting of minds and flavours. In the spirit of Inati (meaning “to share”), some courses will be designed for the table, celebrating connection, generosity, and togetherness. From Auckland’s refined North Island bounty to Canterbury’s rich South Island produce, this one-off dinner will weave the flavours of two regions into a menu that’s equal parts elegant and playful. Held on Friday 31 October, the evening will carry a subtle nod to Halloween with moody touches and seasonal surprises to complement the night. Dietary requirements will be catered for, including vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free, and pescatarian menus.
