The Restore Project presents: Beating Burnout — A Wellness Reset for 2026

Join us for The Restore Project’s first workshop on Saturday, 31st January at The French Café, an immersive afternoon designed to help you beat burnout, restore your energy, and sustainably prioritise your wellbeing.

Guests will enjoy a three-course, nutritionally balanced lunch curated by Kerry Kelly of Habits for Health and prepared by the talented team at The French Café. Alongside exceptional food, you’ll take part in guided workshops focused on building a personalised approach to nutrition, movement, and mindset—three key pillars in preventing burnout and supporting long-term self-care.

Meet the speakers:

Kerry Kelly – Habits for Health

Kerry will explore the powerful role that nutrition plays in preventing and recovering from burnout. She’ll discuss how poor nutrition can contribute to chronic fatigue and stress, share practical tips for tailoring nutrition to fit your lifestyle, and unpack whether approaches like intermittent fasting are supporting or sabotaging your energy and wellbeing.

Kim Harkness – Bodmother

Kim will focus on movement as a tool for restoring energy and preventing burnout. Learn what types of movement best support recovery, how often you should be moving, and how to build a routine that nourishes rather than depletes you.

Chand Sahrawat – Goal Getters Life Coaching

Chand will guide you through creating personalised self-care prescriptions and setting realistic, motivating goals. Her session will help you turn intention into action so your self-care becomes consistent, not optional.

Join us for an afternoon of beautiful food, expert guidance, and meaningful strategies to help you reset, recharge, and kick burnout in 2026.

  • Nutrition and Vitality Coach

For as long as I can remember, I struggled with weight, depression, insomnia, fatigue, and fertility challenges. I tried countless fad diets, losing weight only to regain it—and more. In my early twenties, I decided I wanted more than frustration; I wanted lasting health.

Seeing a nutritionist introduced me to Glycaemic Load and the work of Patrick Holford. I became fascinated with nutrition, experimenting with healthier ways of living and eventually studying it formally. In 2019, I earned a Diploma in Nutrition from Wellpark College of Natural Therapies in New Zealand.

Wellness isn’t a straight line—it’s a journey. Along the way, I’ve learned the value of self-acceptance, compassion, and meeting yourself where you are. Health and nutrition are always evolving, and there’s no one-size-fits-all plan. My role is to guide and support you, helping you create practical habits that fit your life and feel right for you.
